Before coming to the Seacrest some four years ago, Anne ran a privately-owned hotel and wine bar in Old Portsmouth for many years. The friendly atmosphere these smaller establishments afford, enables her to connect with the guests and get to know them much better. Being approachable, friendly and helpful all come naturally to Anne. She loves that many of the Seacrest’s guests return again and again, making it feel as though the hotel is often housing an extended family, rather that strangers.
Anne is enjoying this new phase in the hotel's life – Ask Anne what working at the Seacrest is like and she’ll say "it's not really a job" which tells you how much she loves what she does, and is great news for the guests!
