CANCELLATION POLICY
NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE IF ROOMS ARE CANCELLED AT LEAST 48HRS PRIOR TO 1PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. FAILURE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHIN THE ABOVE PRESCRIBED TIMESCALE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUIVALENT TO THE FIRST NIGHT OF THE BOOKING. RESERVATIONS COMPRISING OF 4 OR MORE ROOMS ARE CLASSIFIED AS ‘GROUP BOOKINGS’ AND AS SUCH MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
